Come and Try Day

Leisure Links (a program of The Spastic Centre of NSW) invites you to participate in an exciting day of inclusive creative workshops that give participants a taste of the arts.

Leisure links would like to hear from young people living with a disability. Do you like the arts? What type of art do you like? If you could learn about the arts what would like to learn?

Come and Try Day is a new initiative of The Spastic Centre, and is designed so you, the participant, can experience a range of creative activities and then tell us what activities you want more of at your centre.

The workshops are co-presented by PYT and Accessible Arts, organisations committed to provide creative accessible creative opportunities for all.

Workshops to be run in the following areas:

  • Electronic Music making with TOY Death
  • Acting for Screen
  • Movement
  • Theatre Production

When: Saturday 28 February 2009

Time: 10am – 2pm
