Project description
The proposed project, “Listen, Respect, Negotiate, Understand” is a creative arts-based project, which engages family members from three generations – students from Fairfield High School, their parents and grandparents. Using the artforms of Digital storytelling and Forum theatre, we have collaboratively scoped a practical project that will build communication skills and understanding between the three generations, in order to improve intergenerational relationships.

Project Description
Part One is designed for the Intensive English Centre classroom. It will focus on professional development and skills training for teachers and students.
Part Two is an open skills development for students from both Intensive English Centre classes and High School Drama/Performance classes. It is intended to build upon the skills the students developed in Part One as well as from existing knowledge from students who currently study High School Drama.
This project is funded by the NSW government through ArtsNSW as part of ConnectEd Arts.

Project Description
HOMEBRAND is a creative movement bringing together young artists across western Sydney. It is for interested and dedicated artists who work across all genres: theatre, music, visual art, physical performance, writing and digital media; and who want to have a regular time and space to meet, develop ideas, see each others’ work, and organise public showings.
